I'm getting back into it.
I started doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution again last week and at the end of this week I could already feel how much stronger I had gotten and how much I had progressed already.
Since my corset trunkplasty I've had to take it easy on my body but almost 8 months later I finally feel like I'm healed enough to get back into the swing of things and get into the best shape of my life. It's what I've always wanted. I had almost given up on my health and fitness a year ago because no matter the diet changes I made, no matter how many hours I worked out, nothing was going to change how the majority of my body looked thanks to my loose skin.
I'm ready to start training my body again. One thing I do miss is my definition in my arms and back from 4 years ago. At that point in my life I had 17% body fat and absolutely loved what my body could do. I'm not saying I want to drop that much body fat again, but I do want to drop some and gain muscle in it's place
I'm letting myself be my own fitspo and I'll be working towards getting definition back in my arms, shoulders, and back.
I want to loose 30lbs and get back to eating healthy and clean. I'll be updating this as regularly as I can to help keep me accountable and help those out there that I know look to me for fitness inspiration/advice.
